Thank you to all residents who participated in the reconvened Annual Meeting held on June 17, 2025. This meeting was necessary to establish quorum and complete the election process for the Summit Ridge Board of Directors.
Election Results
Congratulations to the following community members who were elected to serve:
Rick Alsop – 62 votes
Paola Santana – 58 votes
Dave Flynn – 51 votes
Chris McKnight – 13 votes
Official Board roles will be confirmed during the next Open Board Meeting, which will take place in July (exact date to be announced).
We’d also like to extend a sincere thank you to Aaron Love for his dedicated service over the past several years. Aaron has been a consistent voice of thoughtfulness and reason, and we’re grateful for his many contributions. Enjoy your well-earned HOA retirement, Aaron!
Pool Heater Update
Many of you are aware that one of our pool heaters failed earlier this season, and the second followed shortly after. After carefully reviewing bids, consulting our budget, and considering resident feedback, we are moving forward with replacement.
The new heaters are scheduled to be installed this week, with work expected to be completed by the upcoming weekend — just in time for more summer pool days.
