As you may know, we were just a few votes short of meeting quorum at our official annual meeting. We will be reconvening for the sole purpose of electing the 2025–26 Board of Directors on:
Tuesday, June 17, at 6:00 PM
Check-in begins at 5:30 PM in the pool area
If you already submitted your vote, either in person or by proxy, there’s no need to do so again. If you missed the last meeting, this is your opportunity to cast your vote.
If you can’t attend but still want to vote, you may designate a proxy using the form you received in the mail a few weeks ago. Your proxy must sign in and be present at the meeting for your vote to count.
This will be a short, focused meeting, and your participation plays an important role in helping keep Summit Ridge a well-represented and well-run community.
