Charter

The ACC Committee serves in an advisory role to the Board. The goal is to communicate architectural and design needs to the Summit Ridge Board of Directors. Their primary role is not to establish policies, but rather to provide information and options to enable the Board to make fully informed decisions for the common good of the Association. This is accomplished in two ways:

  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with architectural standards and identify potential improvements.

  • Reviewing architectural change requests, proposing modifications or maintenance issues, and making recommendations to the Board to maintain and enhance the community’s aesthetic standards.
