There’s something special about summertime in our community. The days are longer, the evenings are warmer, and it’s the perfect excuse to come together and enjoy the neighborhood we all call home.

We’re excited to invite everyone to the upcoming Summer Block Party!

Join us for an evening of fun, food, laughter, and community as we kick off a new summer tradition together.

Whether you’ve lived here for years or just recently moved in, this event is all about building community. Expect good food, great conversations, and plenty of opportunities for kids and adults alike to enjoy the day. From laughter echoing down the street to the simple joy of meeting someone new, these are the moments that make our neighborhood more than just a place to live.

We encourage everyone to come out, bring a chair, and join in the fun.

Get ready for an evening filled with great BBQ food, laughter, and the chance to connect with neighbors—old and new. This is what summer traditions are all about.

Don’t miss our Pool Float Contest!

Bring your biggest, funniest, or most creative float and show it off. Whether it’s a giant flamingo, a mythical sea creature, or something completely unexpected, we want to see it.

Crowd favorites will win prizes and, of course, neighborhood bragging rights.

What to bring:

• Lawn chairs

• Squirt guns

• Your favorite pool float

• Yourself, family, and friends
