2026 Annual HOA Meeting: Saturday, June 27

The Summit Ridge Estates Homeowners Association Annual Meeting is coming up on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at the Summit Ridge Pool (1354 W Tenzing St., Nampa).

Check-in begins at 9:30 AM

Meeting Starts at 10:00 AM.

Please bring your own chair and dress for the weather.

We need at least 72 homeowners present or represented by proxy to reach quorum, so your participation really does matter! Whether you attend in person or submit a proxy, every household counts.

On the agenda: a review of 2025 minutes, budget and financials, and board elections. Three current board members are running for re-election, and write-in candidates are welcome during the call for ballot count.
